Mabiaati terms of service
These terms apply to Mabiaati, the cashier and point-of-sale app made by TAQNIYA AL-ALIYA LTD ("Taqniya", "we"), including its Google Drive backup feature, and to this website. By using Mabiaati you agree to them.
1. The app
Mabiaati runs on your shop's computer. What you buy from us (the app licence, a cashier machine, and any warranty and support) is set out in your invoice or sales agreement; if those differ from these terms on something they cover, they take priority.
2. Google Drive backup
- The backup feature is optional. To use it you connect your own Google account, and your use of Google Drive is also governed by Google's terms.
- Mabiaati only creates, lists, restores and deletes its own backup files, as described in our privacy policy.
- Backups depend on your computer, your internet connection and Google's service. Check from time to time that recent backups exist and that a restore works, and keep a local backup as well. We are not responsible for Google's services being unavailable or for data lost in your Google account.
- Backups are compressed but not encrypted by Mabiaati. Keep your Google account secure.
3. Your responsibilities
- Use Mabiaati lawfully, including the law on the personal data of your customers and staff that you record in it.
- Keep your computer, staff PINs and accounts secure, and give staff only the access they need.
- Don't copy, resell, reverse-engineer or try to bypass the licensing of Mabiaati, except where the law allows it.
4. Our content
Mabiaati, this website and their design, text, images and code belong to TAQNIYA AL-ALIYA LTD. Your shop's data belongs to you.
5. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, apart from what your invoice, sales agreement or warranty says, Mabiaati is provided as it is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, arising from its use.
6. Ending
You can stop using Mabiaati at any time. To stop Google Drive backups, disconnect in Settings → Database, and to withdraw access completely, remove Mabiaati at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
